18.08.2010 - 30 International UNILEVER Chefs meet for Teambuilding and great food.
09.07.2010 – 30 UNILEVER chefs and food product specialists – on the quest for the right way for their team!
30 international and highly motivated Chefs from Unilever Dry Foods/Department Product Development Management are trying to find a way through the northern Black Forest with GPS, map and compass to find their team spirit.
Trekking Tours – a full service agency for Outdoor Team Trainings and Outdoor Adventure organized a whole day with Teamwork and a place to have a BBQ in the Black Forest.
During the Team Training and the Geocaching at Trekking Tours all the chefs got challenged with the task to find a cache. In the first step 4 groups hided a cache for another group and they had to decide how difficult they wanted to hide the cache.
Very quick they had discussions about the direction and distance they wanted to go and the difficulty of the task for the other group.
In the reflection we started the discussion about the problem of different ways of communication and how we can communicate correct and easy that everyone can understand the content of work.
Long time before the day out in nature all the chefs organized in small teams a little tribute fort he BBQ. Some groups created a very special starter and other groups cooked and baked the desserts. Even the food on the BBQ was not just normal steaks and sausages. The feast at the end of the team day was a culinary sensation for all senses.
After the Team Training and the day out in nature with a wonderful BBQ we wish you back at work a new and fresh work atmosphere with a lasting feeling of the team spirit of the Outdoor Day at Trekking Tours.
